Mindfulness coaching is a collaborative process where we explore your goals, challenges, and inner thought patterns through the lens of present-moment awareness. It’s not therapy. It’s not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you see yourself more clearly so you can live more intentionally, let go of what no longer serves you, and align with who you truly are.
There’s no meditating. We talk.
We talk about what you want in life, what you believe is in the way, and how those beliefs shape your emotions, behaviors, and outcomes. I help you slow down your thinking just enough to notice your assumptions, your self-talk, and your reactions—in real-time.
