Our Story

Planet Mindfulness is a space to return to yourself.
We help individuals and groups release limiting narratives, reconnect with presence, and realign their inner world through mindfulness coaching, workshops, and community-centered healing experiences.

What’s the difference between mindfulness coaching and therapy?

Mindfulness coaching is not about fixing the past or chasing the future. It’s about learning how to be fully present with yourself, just as you are. While therapy often focuses on diagnosing and healing past trauma, mindfulness coaching supports you in noticing your thoughts, softening inner resistance, and relating to your experiences with more awareness and compassion. It’s a grounding, present-based process.

I’m new to mindfulness. Is this for beginners?

Yes. You don’t need any experience — just curiosity and a willingness to slow down. Everything is explained in an accessible way, and you’ll be gently guided through practices that help you tune into your body, thoughts, and emotions without judgment.

What kinds of group sessions do you offer?
