About the Event
Step outside and into stillness. Join us for an immersive outdoor mindfulness experience nestled within the natural beauty of the Arnold Arboretum. Each session includes breathwork, guided meditation, and a sound bath — all held outdoors, surrounded by nature.
Session Locations:
June 13 — Conifer Path (Free street parking is available along Walter Street, Bussey Street, and Flora Way. We recommend entering through the Walter Street Gate, steps from Conifer Path. Please note there is no parking inside the Arboretum)
July 18 — Linden Grove (The Arboretum's main entrance is at 125 Arborway, Boston, MA 02130. Free street parking is available along the Arborway, including six designated accessible spots. Enter through the Forest Hills Gate and walk straight up the road for about three minutes.)
August 15 — Conifer Path (Free street parking is available along Walter Street, Bussey Street, and Flora Way. We recommend entering through the Walter Street…
